Hello,
My name is Stephanie and I have been part of the Progressive family for 5 years. Dr Glenn, Dr. Tony, Kara and all the staff at Progressive have given me the knowledge and resources I need to take control of my health. For this my family will be forever grateful.
Here's what happened before I discovered the Progressive family:
Seven years ago my health hit rock bottom for me. I lost all my energy and had severe chronic muscle and joint pain. Past injuries to my neck, back and knee had me in constant pain. This also brought on panic attacks and anxiety, especially while in public.
After passing out while shopping, due to the extreme pain and anxiety, I knew I had to do something. I saw physicians, emergency room doctors, specialists, and they ran test after test. Not only was I frustrated and scared, but I wasted a lot of time and money.
I was diagnosed with inconclusive test results. Supposedly I have Fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Here's the kicker, I was only 30 years old. I believed the doctors. I began taking their prescribed medicines and started physical therapy. The side affects from the medicine made me worse and the physical therapy only exhausted me more. I couldn't stand more than 20 minutes before the tears would come. I was depressed and miserable, unable to spend time with my family without sitting on the sidelines in pain.
Then I received an advertisement in the mail offering me relief from many of the symptoms I suffered. No, wait, not just relief, but real treatment for the source of my pain. I was skeptical and afraid to be disappointed once again. But still, I made my appointment. That day my life took an immediate turn towards recovery and happiness!
I sat across from Dr. Glenn that first visit with tears running down my cheeks. He not only listened to every word I said, he also looked me in the eyes and told me the truth. Our conversation gave me the first hope I'd had in two years. My treatment gave me results within the first month and I was quickly back to a normal life. I even had another child 12 years after my first!!
I now see Dr. Glenn monthly for maintenance. He not only keeps me healthy, he treats my husband, teenager and toddler. My husband had been suffering with low back pain and intestinal cramping that had him up at nights. Not any more. My eldest son was getting headaches. With Dr. Glenn's thorough examination we found his neck had been injured during football and we had no idea. Without his treatment now, he may have had long term permanent damage. Now he will be healthy and headache free.
The most amazing story is my toddler. He's been getting adjustments since he was 4 months old. He had reflux as an infant. The medicine the physician put him on gave him night terrors. When Dr Glenn discovered this through one of our conversations he immediately offered a better solution. I had no idea children could have the adjustments. Joey was off the medicine in a week and the night terrors were gone. His adjustments also helped manage the reflux which has long been gone. My toddler now climbs on the table for his adjustments like a grown up. He adores Dr. Glenn.
I also attend EDS appointments with Kara. I stay true to the supplement program based on this testing. She helps me address health issues before they interfere in my life. Not only do I enjoy going, it also keeps me on track with my overall nutritional health. This has made that final difference in weather I sit at home tired or spend the days at parks, zoos, and family events galore.

Hi Dr. Winnestaffer,
I just wanted to let you and your staff know what incredible job you guys are doing there. Thus far, I have received the greatest care I can possibly imagine. After getting injured at work on 12/9/07, I was not quite sure what to make out of the preffered providers network that was introduced to me to find a healthcare provider, and it took me until 1/14/08 to find you guys and I was really happy that I did. With the treatments and physical therapy that I have received, thanks to guys I was able to return to work sooner than I anticipated, and for that I am very greatful. Thank you so much and I will see you all soon.

My name is Maggie B. I live in Blacklick, Ohio. I had Lumbar Degeneration, Herniated Discs, and Scoliosis (abnormal curvatures of the spinal cord) and currently receive maintenance care at Progressive Health & Rehab. Well, here I am eight months later and I feel GREAT! Before I went into Progressive Health & Rehab, I had relentless pain in my right lower back, hips, knee, neck, and calf that was increasing in intensity so that sleeping was a nightmare, and even standing for a few minutes at a time, was unbearable and intolerable. I was looking for some way to alleviate the pain so that I could attempt to live normally. For over 20 years, I have received various treatments from different health clinics and chiropractic centers around the world and here in the U.S.. Non of these treatments worked instead my pain grew even worse. Needless to quantify the amount of money being wasted. After having two children, in the last seven years, my pain intensified especially with all the chores and taking care of them and running the home. Not until I received a flair in my mail box from Progressive health, and decided to give it a try. Today, I don't have any of that! I could now do most of the chores I found almost impossible to do. I love to cook and I can stand for hours at a time with almost no pain. Being intimate with my husband was something that happened rarely today, that is a thing of the past. I can enjoy the intimacy again without having to worry about pain. I can now play basket ball and soccer with my kids. something I couldn't dare to do for fear of the aftermath of pain I would surfer. I now sleep through the night without pain. I am truly amazed at what the doctors and staff at Progressive Health can do. With modern technology, individualized care, friendly atmosphere, I am able to feel better each passing day. The entire staff at Progressive Care is truly wonderful! (thank you all). Special thanks to the skilled hands of Dr. Winnestaffer. He helped me through the entire process of chiropractic care, explaining at each stage of my visit what was being done, and making sure I was not in any pain. I am now on my way to getting my life back. I am doing the exercises I was taught in Physical Therapy to retrain my posture to support my back with the aid of my posture belt. I am feeling better and stronger every day! This has been a truly AMAZING experience and the best decision I made. At Progressive Care, you are treated with such care, compassion and humor, pleasant smiles and good wishes the entire time. The entire atmosphere at Progressive health is one of total positive thinking. You see it from the moment you sign in for the first time, to all of the other "patients" filled with anticipation, and right to the last moment you leave. The knowledge they have at Progressive Health is truly amazing. I am now walking tall again rather than being hunted with pain. I tell everyone I know, and everyone I meet about my experience with the hope that anyone who suffers the same way I did, or worse, that hearing my story will "inspire" them to look to Progressive health & Rehab to help get them on the road to living life to the fullest!
